The Youth Arts Warehouse is situated in the heart of a transforming Gosford City Centre: the capital of the Central Coast. The Warehouse is a point of access for high quality arts services, resources and facilities where young emerging artists can create, rehearse and perform entirely on site in a safe and encouraging environment. The Youth Arts Warehouse is the only venue on the Central Coast where a professional recording studio is attached to a performance space allowing simultaneous audio/visual recording of all theatrical and musical performances.
The studio is equipped with an overdub booth and a comprehensive video-editing suite allowing full post-production of all in-house and external media. The performance space is equipped with a fully operational in-house lighting rig and PA system along with an infrastructure capable of facilitating all forms of multimedia entertainment.
The multi-purpose venue can accommodate theatre products, music events, exhibitions, concerts, forums and workshops. The spacious performance space has a 250 capacity, measuring 20 m x 10 m.
The art studio is air conditioned, complete with sink, power, plant chest and ten studio easels. The space is ideally suited to visual art or photography projects and programs. Exhibitions can hang from our spacious gallery with high ceilings.
